Making your order
Everything is printed when you order it. Most orders are printed and posted within 5 working days; large prints and custom orders can take longer, and we’ll tell you if so.

UK delivery is free on orders over £40, counted before any gift card or code comes off. We deliver to UK addresses only for now. Every parcel is tracked: you’ll get an email with the tracking number when it’s on its way. Your basket and checkout show the delivery cost before you pay.
Returns
Our designs: changed your mind? Email us at returns@strand3d.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us, in the condition you got it (you can look at it and try it, as you would in a shop). We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving it, including the original delivery. Return postage is paid by you. Our terms have a cancellation form you can use if you like.
Made specially for you: prints of your own file, lithophanes made from your photo and anything with a name or words added can’t be returned for a change of mind, though you can cancel them for a full refund before we start printing. If anything’s wrong with them, we’ll put it right.
Damaged or faulty: email us a photo as soon as you can. Within 30 days of delivery you can have a full refund, including postage, or a replacement; after that we’ll repair or replace it, or refund you if that doesn’t put it right.
