We want everyone to be able to order from strand, however they use the web. If anything here gets in your way, tell us and we’ll take your order another way.

What we’ve built in

• Every page works with a keyboard, and you can always see where you are.
• Pages are built for screen readers: headings in order, labelled form fields, and errors read out where they happen.
• Text and buttons meet the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast levels, and the site works when you zoom to 400% or make text larger.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, the animations stop.
• Windows High Contrast and other forced-colour settings keep buttons, choices and colour swatches clear.
• Pages are light and fast, so they work on older phones and slow connections.

What isn’t perfect yet

• The 3D previews of models are visual only. The size, material and price are always written out as text beside them.
• Pricing your own model needs JavaScript. Without it, contact us and we’ll quote by email.
