strand is a 3D printing hotspot here in the UK. We print things when you order them, on our own machines, and post them out ourselves.

What we make

Our own designs for the home and desk, printed in the colour you choose, and prints of your own models, with your logo, artwork or lettering on them if you like. Colour changes are free, however many colours a print has. Upload a file and you’ll see the price straight away.

Made here, not overseas

Everything is printed here in the UK and posted from here too, usually within a few working days. So there are no customs forms or import charges, no parcel making its way across the world, and if something isn’t right, you’re talking to the people who made it.

Quick to order

You don’t need an account, and for most things you don’t need to wait for a quote. Pick a design or upload a file, see the price and pay. If your file needs a closer look, we’ll email you a price, usually within two working days.

Who we are

We’re a keen team based in the South East of England, and 3D printing is what we do all day. Every order runs on our Bambu Lab H2C printers. We don’t use anything else, because they’re the best machines we’ve found: fast, accurate and clean, print after print.

We keep a big stock of filament on the shelves, so we can usually start on your order straight away instead of waiting for a delivery of our own. And we know our stuff: which material suits which job, how to get the strength or finish you’re after, and when a model needs a tweak before it goes on the printer. If you’re not sure what to pick, ask us and we’ll give you a straight answer.
